Rediscover balance.

Therapy for stress, burnout & OCD

Sound like you?

You’re the one who holds it all together — the dependable one, the high achiever, the person everyone assumes is fine. And lately, holding it together has started to cost you more than anyone can see.

You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably been pushing through for a long time — maybe so long that exhaustion, anxiety, or the constant noise in your head has started to feel normal. It doesn’t have to.

I work with high-functioning people who look like they have it all together and quietly don’t. Together we’ll understand what’s actually driving the burnout or the obsessive loops, so you can genuinely feel better — not just get better at coping. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

Therapy for stress, burnout & OCD that goes to the root.

Burnout & chronic stress

Burnout isn’t just being tired — it’s the slow erosion of your energy, your motivation, and your sense of self, until even the things you love feel like obligations. Together we’ll look at what’s really fuelling it: the perfectionism, the over-functioning, the inability to rest. Using a blend of practical tools and deeper body-based work, you’ll learn to settle your nervous system, set boundaries that hold, and rebuild a pace you can actually live with.

OCD & intrusive thoughts

OCD is the relentless loop of intrusive thoughts and the compulsions you use to quiet them. I work with two of the most effective, evidence-based approaches available: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which helps you face feared thoughts without the rituals, and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT), which targets the faulty reasoning that fuels obsessions in the first place. The goal isn’t to white-knuckle the anxiety — it’s to loosen its grip for good.

Therapy that works with your whole self — mind and body.

Most therapy works from the top down: changing your thoughts to change how you feel. A lot of my work goes the other way too — from the bottom up — helping your nervous system learn that it’s finally safe to slow down. I draw on CBT and DBT skills for the day-to-day, Emotionally Focused Therapy to get underneath your patterns, and somatic attachment therapy to reach what talk alone can’t.

That means we won’t just manage your symptoms — we’ll get to what’s underneath them. Whether it’s burnout that’s been building for years or OCD that’s quietly run the show, you’ll come away with real tools and a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.

What we’ll work on

You’ll walk away with —

Relief from the loop. Fewer intrusive thoughts and compulsions, plus practical tools (ERP and I-CBT) to handle them when they show up.

A nervous system that can rest. The ability to actually switch off, recover, and feel safe in your own body again.

Boundaries that hold. The clarity and confidence to say no, ask for what you need, and stop over-functioning for everyone else.

A steadier sense of self. Not just fewer symptoms — a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself that lasts well beyond our work together.
