go beyond traditional talk therapy.

A different kind of therapy in Vancouver.

You know you need something different out of therapy.

You’ve done the therapy thing before — the nodding, the coping skills, the “and how did that make you feel?” Maybe it helped for a while. But the insight never quite reached the part of you that’s still bracing, still exhausted, still stuck.

That’s because lasting change doesn’t only happen in your head. It happens in your body, your nervous system, and the patterns you learned long before you had words for them. That’s the work I do.

You’re ready to stop feeling…

Like you’re managing your life, not living it

Like rest is something you have to earn

Like the same patterns keep finding you

We work with your whole self, not just your thoughts.

I’m not a one-method therapist. Some of what’s keeping you stuck responds best to practical, proven tools: ways to work with your thoughts, your habits, and the overwhelm of daily life. Other parts live deeper, in your body and nervous system, in patterns that formed long before you had words for them. I work with both. That blend of practical skills and slower, body-based work is often what makes the difference when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough.

My Approach

You’ve hurt long enough. Now it’s time to let go.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I don’t force you into one method — I meet you where you are. For the thoughts, habits, and overwhelm of day-to-day life, I draw on CBT and DBT skills: practical, proven tools you can use right away. For OCD, I use specialised, evidence-based approaches — Exposure and Response Prevention and Inference-based CBT.

But tools alone rarely create lasting change. That’s why the deeper layer of my work is relational and body-based. Through Emotionally Focused Therapy and somatic attachment therapy, we get underneath the surface — to the emotions, needs, and nervous-system patterns that have quietly been running the show. Mind and body, working together.

Is this approach right for you?

A quick gut-check. If a few of these feel familiar, there’s a good chance we’d work well together.

This way of working is a good fit if you…

Have tried talk therapy before and feel ready for something deeper — working with your body and emotions, not just your thoughts.

Are dealing with burnout, anxiety, or OCD, and want real tools and lasting change — not just a place to vent.

Are tired of holding it all together and want an honest, compassionate space where you don’t have to perform.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Whatever it is that you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
